Fee Schedule
The practice does accept some insurances and will file claims on your behalf. You are responsible for the deductible, co-pay or co-insurance at the time services are rendered.

Services Fees:
* Initial Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluation:
An in-depth psychiatric evaluation which includes the client history, mental status exam, and diagnostic evaluation - $200 ($150 with self-pay discount)
* Psychotherapy Sessions:
60 minutes (defined as 53-60 minutes) - $175 ($125 with self-pay discount)
* 45-minutes (defined as 38-52 minutes) - $135 ($95 with self-pay discount)
* 30-minutes (defined as 16-37 minutes) - $90 ($70 with self-pay discount)
* After hours or consultation work:
$125/hour, billed by the minute
Phone calls, reports, consultation, or any other needs outside the scheduled session
* Court Work
$250/hour, billed by the minute Court work; including preparation, consultation, and appearance½ of the estimated payment due at the time of request and the rest due at the conclusion of the court appearance
